Expédition L’expédition des pneus est gratuite à partir de 2 et plus. Dans le cas d’une commande d’un seul pneu, un supplément de eur 6, vous sera facturé. Les pneus de motos pourront être envoyés à l’unité, sans aucun frais supplémentaire. Pour les envois dans les DOM, ou en dehors de l’Europe, un supplément de eur 9, - sera facturé par pneu. C’est le même coût supplémentaire qui est nous facturé par nos fournisseurs. Des suppléments peuvent être prévus pour des autres zones en Italie. Dans le prix d'acquisition il n'est donc pas inclus le coût supplémentaire d'envoi dans certaines zones. En cas de surplus de frais d'envoi une demande de paiement sera envoyée après l'achat, à l'email de l'acheteur. Paiement Nous émettons la facture de la commande SUR DEMANDE AU MOMENT DU PAIEMENT, au niveau du champ de la TVA ou du code fiscal indiqué. La facture sera envoyée exclusivement par E.MAIL dans les jours suivants après comptabilisation. Il n'est pas possible d'accepter des envois contre remboursement. Sur, en cas de paiement trop tardif, une demande d’ouverture de litige sera engagée (48 heures). Garantie Sur tous les nouveaux pneus s'applique la garantie biennale du fabriquant. Nous appliquons une garantie de 14 jours qui couvre la date de remise. Notre team d'assistance est disponible après la vente pour n'importe quel problème ou doute.
