The rug is made out of silk which gives to it a shine and softness. It is in burgundy shade on the background with beautiful soft colours of blue, green and brown. The border is in silver colour with some green shade and floral decoration. Very well detailed bird in the center of the design. Usually this type of rugs were made in a small villages on the North of the country. The condition is original, has large stain on it.
