The Arcam CD73 CD Player is a dedicated CD player designed to be part of a hi-fi system. Using premium internal parts, the Arcam CD73 CD player circuit boards are built out of parts designed to be reliable. The DAC or digital-to-analog converter is a Wolfson 24-bit 192 KHz designed for maximum fidelity and minimum distortion. The Arcam CD player produces consistent, clear sound regardless of the input strength. This Arcam CD73 CD Player also features CD text support, so the user can easily identify what artist and song is playing on the shelf CD system. The Arcam CD player has two pairs of gold-plated RCA audio outputs, a Toslink optical digital output, and coaxial SPDIF outputs, ensuring that the Arcam CD73 CD player will be compatible with nearly any hi-fi system on the market. Combined with the Nichicon Fine Gold decoupling capacitors, the only noise the Arcam produces is the sound on the CD.
