Her vinyl head is badly discoloured (faded) to her face, and her face and body both have some grubby marks. There are some manufacturing defects as might be expected. As is mentioned above her walking mechanism no longer works correctly - her legs are stiff to move and her head does not move from side to side when her legs are moved. Her dress has some age-related wear and discolouration and some loose threads. ”

There is some glue residue around her wig and to the back of her hair where she probably had some form of headwear (a halo perhaps) glued on - this is now missing. There are some minor manufacturing defects as might be expected and there are some grubby marks to her face and a small hairline crack to her forehead. Her wig is a little dishevelled with some thinning. Her dress has some age-related wear and discolouration and some fraying. Most of the sparkles on the dress are missing as is some of the star attached to the front. ”

She is "strung" with elastic bands - these have degraded over time - the one on her neck-hook is broken but is still attached to the rest of the doll inside - so the head is not loose. This wont last long...Doll itself is in pretty good shape - clothes and plastic good - a few stains - usually these are either from glue that has degraded over time, used for fixing bits like broccading / adornments etc, or, more dangerously, from sharp mental pins that have rusted...PLEASE do take care of the possibiliy of pins - these vintage dolls are usually strewn with them, holding in pieces of fabric or even as earrings, just pushed into the plastic...I have photographed these when I see one - but they are so easy to miss... ”

There WAS foam lining the inside of her dress - but this has all degraded - you can see on one of the photos what happened when I started clearing parts of it away - almost all of it has now been removed - I will have another quick clean around the bits that are left before shipping...She has lidded, sleeping eyes which work very well...There may be few stains to the fabric...usually these are either from glue that has degraded over time, used for fixing bits like broccading / adornments etc, or, more dangerously, from sharp mental pins that have rusted...PLEASE do take care of the possibiliy of pins - these vintage dolls are usually strewn with them, holding in pieces of fabric...Clothes are a bit faded and dusty looking... ”
