A pudgy cherub is seated on a plinth, modestly draped, holding up above his curly haired head an open acanthus flower which carrries the electric light fitting. It has a gilt bronze patina that has become charmingly worn over time on his plump thighs and knees. It comes complete with a ruby red silky and gold passementerie fringed lampshade It is in good condition and working order and has an in-line switch although the wiring is vintage and so should be checked before use.
