Used Book in Good Condition " Two Beautiful Love Stories in One " I have been reading Danielle Steel's books all my life, in the last few years I have learned to carefully pick and choose. Some of her stories have become redundant after a while. I am very glad I choose the right story this time. This novel is the reason I never give up on her and still remain a big fan. This was an excellent, emotional, romantic, story of soulmates in different times. The author's writing of this story was very reminiscent of the old Danielle Steel, that I grew up with. She wrote one of my favorite and most unforgetable story of all my time, "The Promise"........ With this novel, she weaves two separate, yet completely different love stories in one with the magical link, "love at first sight", "fate", and "reincarnation"............... In , the story of Jenny, and husband Bill, will show how much two people can really be in love with each other so much. They can complete each other's sentences, they each know what the other is thinking, how they selflessly sacrifice for their love, and sometimes souls are so intertwined together, that in tragedy, one can't breathe or live without the other.............. In , the story of Bob and Lillibet, will show you that age difference, mutual respect for each other's beliefs, and coming from two completely, different cultural societies, that unconditional love can overcome anything. Add the belief of "reincarnation" of the two previous lost souls, and that was this couple's true destiny............ Wouldn't it be nice if we all could experience unconditional love, "until the end of time"! (I fell in love with this novel, it's romantic phrase, and it definitely deserves 5 stars.) _ *\_ Just what the doctor ordered Danielle Steel novels are always starkly hit or miss for me. After reading a couple of her books recently (Hotel V, 44 Charles St.) that were a big miss, I was reluctant to get Until The End Of Time. After all, someone who has been around as long as Danielle Steel and has been as prolific surely has to burn out eventually, right? But, I've been sick and looking for a good, easy read, because I can't stand looking at the TV anymore. So, I figured I'd give it a shot. And I'm so glad I did. I finished it in one and a half sittings and thoroughly enjoyed it, refusing to let a 103 fever keep me from finishing. The characters were likable, it was well paced, well written, and I'm happy to say Danielle Steel's still got it. It was a little sappy, yeah, but you should already know that getting into it. It's not like we're discussing Tolstoy here. I've read a couple of people say that they think this might be Danielle Steel's last novel. I truly hope not. But if that's what she decides, she can be proud to end on such a high note. Now if you'll excuse me, NyQuil and a long nap are calling. _ *\_ Two great stories Two great stories, and both very different. I have always loved Danielle Steels books and this is another great one. _ *\_ One of the best Danielle Steel books I've read in awhile... I've read many Danielle Steel books, but its been awhile since I've enjoyed one as much as this one. I grew up in Lancaster County and although there were a couple of things that weren't exactly accurate for the Amish, most of it was accurate. Some of her latest books seemed very superficial and not about normal, average people, but this was a nice addition to her extensive catalog of stories. I give this book a solid 4 out of 5 stars. _ *\_ Until the end of time Danielle Steel is a terrific writer keeping you interested till the end. I would recommend this to 30 plus people _ *\_ Extrait excerpt Steel UNTIL THE END OF TIME Chapter 1 T
