His left-hand eye is missing its eyelashes. There is some splitting to his right-hand shoulder seam, to his left-hand arm seam, and to his left-hand body seam. He has some light scuffs and grubby marks. The box is also in good condition with some grubbiness and wear consistent with storage. It has some light squashing and creasing and some grubby marks to the top. ”

1Caractéristiques de l'objet État : Occasion  Commentaires du vendeur : “ Boxed, marked Appenzell on the outside of the tube (which is creased and squished but does have a lid) the doll is about 6.5" tall with a hard plastic body and dressed well. There WAS foam lining the inside of her dress - but this has all degraded - you can see on one of the photos what happened when I started clearing parts of it away - almost all of it has now been removed - I will have another quick clean around the bits that are left before shipping...She has lidded, sleeping eyes which work very well...There may be few stains to the fabric...usually these are either from glue that has degraded over time, used for fixing bits like broccading / adornments etc, or, more dangerously, from sharp mental pins that have rusted...PLEASE do take care of the possibiliy of pins - these vintage dolls are usually strewn with them, holding in pieces of fabric...Clothes are a bit faded and dusty looking... ”

She is "strung" with elastic bands - these have degraded over time - the one on her neck-hook is broken but is still attached to the rest of the doll inside - so the head is not loose. This wont last long...Doll itself is in pretty good shape - clothes and plastic good - a few stains - usually these are either from glue that has degraded over time, used for fixing bits like broccading / adornments etc, or, more dangerously, from sharp mental pins that have rusted...PLEASE do take care of the possibiliy of pins - these vintage dolls are usually strewn with them, holding in pieces of fabric or even as earrings, just pushed into the plastic...I have photographed these when I see one - but they are so easy to miss... ”
